Robert T. Grissom, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Grissom's practice provides prompt and efficient general urology care for all ages. Urological services are available 24 hours a day including after hours and weekends for emergencies.

Dr. Robert T. Grissom, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and earned his M.D. degree in 1975. He completed his Post Graduate Surgical Residency Training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his Urology Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 1981. After completing his urologic training, Dr. Grissom started private practice in Lubbock, Texas. In 1984 he moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and became a partner in the Baton Rouge Urology Group. He was a member of this urology practice until 1995. He ran his own solo urology practice from 1995 until 1997. He became a partner in Louisiana Urology, LLC in 1997. He is licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana, Texas and California.
