Dr. David N. Hastings, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana and earned his M.D. degree in 1981. He completed his Post Graduate Residency Training at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has been practicing the surgical specialty of Urology in Baton Rouge, Louisiana since 1986 and has been a partner in Louisiana Urology, LLC since 1995. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.

Dr. Robert S. Taylor, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and earned his M.D. degree in 1982. He completed two years of Postgraduate Residency Training in General Surgery at Louisiana State Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1982 to 1984. He then completed three years of Urology subspecialty training from 1984 to 1987 at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been practicing the surgical specialty of Urology since July 1987. He was in solo practice in Baton Rouge from 1987 to 1995. He has been a partner in Louisiana Urology, LLC since January 1995. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana.
